Since 1986 Berlowe has developed more than $75 million of commercial and residential real estate, and managed numerous properties throughout central and northern New Jersey.
Berlowe's background includes managing a residential development and construction firm where he contributed a keen sense of value-added design and the use of cutting-edge technologies to residential home building.
